is one of Tampa’s premier places to live and provides a
variety of culture and business opportunities alike. The
tree-lined streets provide a cozy feel with many unique
homes and apartments to live in. The homes in South

doctor’s offices and fitness centers all to meet the
demands of active Floridians.
One of the events that take place yearly in South
Tampa is the Gasparilla parade. Pirates invade the city
of Tampa and many onlookers gather to show there support
and cheer on the parade in hopes of getting a few beads
and having a great time. If you happen to be living in
one of South Tampa’s apartments or homes then you can
avoid the traffic and just take a quick stroll down to
Bayshore Blvd. where all the activity takes place.

better place in which to live, work and play. Members of
the Chamber of Commerce enjoy networking, community
involvement and social activities.
